SHOAH EDUCATION PROJECT (WEB) WAS FOUNDED AND FIRST PUT ON THE NET IN 1997 BY DR. EliZABETH K. BEST PHD, AND SARAH BEST, WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR. OUR ORIGINAL ADVISORS WERE DR. IRVEN RESNICK FROM UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE, CHATTANOOGA, AND TZIPPORAH ALTMAN SCHAEFFER, JEWISH FEDERATION OF GREATER CHATTANOOGA. THIS SITE REPRESENTS A CURRICULUM AND RESOURCE AND IS COPYRIGHTED BY DR. EliZABETH K. BEST, PHD. IN THE NEXT FEW YEARS, OUR DESIRE AND INTENT IS TO TRANSFER THE MAJORITY OF THE PROGRAM TO JEWISH AUSPICES, AS HAS BEEN THE PLAN FROM THE BEGINNING. WE WILL INFORM OUR VISITORS TO THIS SITE OF THE MOVE WHEN IT OCCURS. THIS PROGRAM FROM THE OUTSET, HAS BEEN COMPILED, DESIGNED AND WRITTEN WITHOUT PRIVATE OR GRANT FUNDING: THE PARTICIPANTS HAVE DONATED THEIR TIME. WE HAVE DONE THIS BECAUSE WE ARE DEVOTED TO FREE SHOAH EDUCATION, AVAILABLE WITHOUT COST OR liMITED ACCESS: PLEASE HELP US TO KEEP THIS PROJECT/CURRICULUM FREE, BY REPORTING ANY ABUSE OF THE PROGRAM, OR MISREPRESENTATION OF THE PROGRAM TO US AT SHOAH EDUCATION PROJECT (WEB).
