¹NOTE: For those who were charged with Loss of Citizenship; it may seem superfluous when one is also charged with lengthy
imprisonment or death to demand the loss of citizenship: it seems to be inherent in the sentence. To understand this
extra charge one must comprehend the all-valued role of German Citizenship; or belonging to the Volk, discussed earlier. It is
equivalent in some cultures or societies to banishment, and is somewhat stronger than losing one's civil rights in this country.
It is a form of shunning. One cannot own property, vote, have access to litigation except through a third party,
or participate in forms of government.
